The Artist Pause
An intentional artist wellness experience for creatives to replenish as they explore sound, mindfulness & creativity. If you’re a creative, you know how much of a gift it is to create. However, sustaining a creative practice also requires moments of rest and reflection along the way. We know that in a culture that often celebrates a hustle mindset and constant productivity, those intentional moments can get lost amongst the rest of the plot, yet it’s essential to the creative and self-discovery process.
The Artist Pause is an invitation for artists and creatives of all disciplines to step away from the pace of productivity and into a warm, no-pressure environment where wellness, rest, and self-exploration are welcomed as essential parts of your artistic and creative journey.Facilitated by Mischa of Pink Noise, attendees are invited to explore the power of sound as a tool for presence, integration, regulation, and exploration, as Artist Wellness is prioritized as an essential resource for cultivating a sustainable and authentic creative practice.
Through a meditative sound bath, followed by an intuitive time for mindfulness, creation, and self-discovery, The Artist Pause invites you as the artist to ultimately reconnect with yourself through moments of stillness, reflection, and mind-body connection as you deepen your relationship with your creative practice. All prompts, intuitive creative materials, tea, and light refreshments will be provided, but you're always welcome to bring anything that helps you feel inspired or at ease.
