what is pink noise?

Pink Noise was founded by Mischa, an artist who understands the weight of visibility, output, and creative identity. It grew from her own journey through seasons of burnout, illness, and compounded grief that revealed something important: insight alone wasn’t enough when there was no clarity on direction. She didn’t need to incorporate another modality she wasn’t connected to into her routine. There was a missing piece, and that piece was integration.

For years, she carried high capacity, creating, performing, and sustaining momentum with depth and commitment. What became clear over time was that the industry teaches output, not sustainability. The foundation needed to evolve in order to support long-term wellbeing and creative longevity. The most impactful change came through slowing down and further understanding the person behind the output.

Through Pink Noise, Mischa helps individuals realign with their own rhythm, reconnect with what is true beneath expectation, and integrate what arises into daily life. Every session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and make choices from a place of clarity rather than pressure. Each offering is crafted with intention and deep respect for the individual, designed to support growth in a way that feels sustainable, embodied, and closer to your truth.

At its heart, Pink Noise is about honouring the human carrying the soul and celebrating the beauty of coming home to yourself.

the heart of pink noise

Hi there! I’m Mischa, a Creative Integration Coach, Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Musician, and a creative soul through and through. If you’ve known me for a while, you might know me as Michelle. But no matter what you call me, you’ve probably always known me as someone who creates.

I wear many hats, and that’s one of the most beautiful things about creatives, isn’t it?

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with amazing artists, released projects like G2G (Winner of Video of the Year at the Capital Music Awards 2023), had my music and visuals featured on CBC, CTV, HipHopCanada, and BuzzMusic, and performed on festival stages, alongside artists like Lil Wayne. Lately, I’ve been diving into soundscapes and how sound can guide us inward, helping us tune into our inner knowing, creativity, and rhythm.

My path here hasn’t been linear. It’s been raw, layered, and at times overwhelming. From a young age, I moved through chronic illness, burnout, and compounded grief, continuing to receive diagnoses along the way that at times felt like they reshaped how I saw myself and what I was capable of.

And in many ways, they did.

They asked me to look at my life, my creativity, and myself differently. I could no longer create, show up, or move through the world in the same way I had before. For a while, I didn’t know who I was without that version of me.

But somewhere in that space, in the pause, in the uncertainty, I began to reconnect.

Not just with my creativity, but with how I was meant to express it. I began to understand that creativity isn’t something we can force or perform to have longevity. Everything changed when I realized we need to let it evolve with us.

Through that process, I found my way back to my intuition, my sensitivity, and a deeper resilience that had always been there, even when I couldn’t access it. And I realized how much we, as creatives, are holding on to. Emotionally, energetically, and internally. Without always having the support to process or integrate it.

That’s what led me here.

My work with Pink Noise is rooted in helping you come back to yourself. Reconnecting with your intuition, your creative ventures, and the version of you that takes aligned action.

There’s no point in forcing transformation. I believe in creating space for it to unfold in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and natural.

Life twists and turns, and it asks a lot of us. Especially when we’re deeply feeling, deeply creative humans.

I meet you where you’re at, holding space for what you’re moving through, while offering grounded support to help you integrate it and move forward in a way that honours who you are now, every version of you that’s come before, and who you’re becoming.

At its core, this work is human. It’s about being seen, supported, and remembering there’s nothing “missing.” Just parts of you waiting to be discovered, integrated, and expressed.

Pink Noise is an extension of that.

A space where support meets creativity. Every session is a place where you’re cared for, seen, and supported in a way that allows you to soften into yourself.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you embrace who you are, honour your journey, and reconnect with your inner alchemy.
