  • It’s someone who helps creatives make sense of their inner world so it stops blocking their outer one.

    Creatives, artists and musicians feel a lot. We notice a lot. We carry a lot, and not all of it is ours. But in creative fields, wellness support for artists is rarely prioritized as we navigate all of that while trying not to burn out, cave under pressure, or compromise our voice in the external noise… which eventually has us questioning the internal noise too.

    Holding that kind of pressure while also trying to build a life you actually want can take a toll.

    Creative Integration Coaching is the space where we slow down enough to untangle it — the pressure, the expectations, the identity shifts, the creative blocks, the “is this even mine?” moments.

    So you can approach your passion with honesty, deeper understanding, and clear intention.

  • A supportive mentorship-style container for creatives navigating burnout, identity shifts, creative blocks, or meaningful transitions in both their art and their life.

    This is for creatives, artists, musicians, and visionaries who want both momentum and alignment that feels like a full-body yes: clear in the mind, and honest in the work they’re creating. Over the course of 8 weeks, we slow down enough to understand the person behind the output.

    We clarify your intentions. Examine your “why.” And we untangle what is truly yours from what has been shaped by expectation, industry pressure, comparison, and/or survival.

1:1 Energy Sessions

  • A deeply layered, intuitively guided session designed for intentional processing, meaningful transition, and embodied change.

    Energetic Integration weaves together Sonic Alignment, Intuitive Reiki, Tarot & Oracle guidance, and integration-based coaching. Rather than focusing on a single modality, this session responds to what is actively unfolding in your life emotionally, creatively, and/or energetically.

    This is where we can work with your energy intentionally to access deeper understanding.

    While Sonic Alignment immerses you in vibration and Intuitive Reiki supports subtle energetic restoration, Energetic Integration creates space to explore what the shifts actually mean. It invites dialogue, reflection, and conscious integration.

    The coaching element is what helps everything land. It brings language to what you felt, direction to what surfaced, and steadiness to your nervous system. You leave not only with more clarity,, but equipped with practical tools, guided prompts, and grounded next steps that support real, lasting integration.

    This session is especially supportive during:

    Each 1:1 session is up to 105 minutes, allowing space for:

    Sonic Alignment is a collaborative experience rooted in body awareness and emotional intuition. Together, we create space for you to soften, listen inward, and return to your natural rhythm — the one beneath the noise, the expectations, the doing.

    Using a curated blend of instruments and tonal frequencies, this session supports your nervous system while inviting subtle energetic shifts. You may feel deep relaxation. You may feel clarity surface. You may simply feel more you.

    Sound has long been used as a therapeutic tool across cultures — based on the understanding that the body is not solid, but vibrational. When stress, burnout, or emotional weight disrupt our internal harmony, intentional sound can gently guide you back toward balance.

    Each 1:1 session is 75 minutes:

    • 60 minutes of immersive sound activation

    • 15 minutes for grounding, integration, and intuitive reflection before and after

  • A deeply restorative energy practice designed to support release, recalibration, and gentle return to self.

    Intuitive Reiki blends traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive guidance attuned specifically to your energy field. Rooted in the Japanese lineage of channeling universal life force energy, this practice works quietly yet powerfully, encouraging your system to settle, soften, and restore balance from within.

    During your session, I tune into your energetic landscape through sensing and subtle awareness, allowing the body to guide where attention is needed. This work is gentle and responsive. Energy moves at the pace your nervous system can safely receive.

    Weighted tuning forks are woven throughout the session, placed directly on the body to introduce grounding, restorative vibration. Their steady frequencies support circulation, calm the mind, and anchor you into a felt sense of presence, helping integrate the energetic shifts taking place.

    This is a space for unraveling what’s been quietly held and invites you to return to the steadiness in your own rhythm.

    Each 1:1 session includes:

    • 60 minutes of Reiki activation and vibrational support

    • 15 minutes for grounding, integration, and intuitive reflection before and after
