TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any advice, conversations, or information received from a session with Pink Noise is strictly open to personal interpretation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights, predictions, or sessions and are not responsible for the actions taken as a result of the session. While suggestions and guidance may be offered, clients remain fully responsible for their own actions.

Our services are not a substitute for medical or legal advice. Although Holistic services are used in Pink Noise's practices, if trying to treat any mental or physical health concerns, it is strongly advised to consult a licensed medical professional before attending a session. If you are pregnant, managing an illness, or have any health vulnerabilities, please consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that participating in our services is suitable for you.

Fees, services, and offerings at Pink Noise are subject to change without prior notice. The content on our website supersedes any previous printed or digital materials.
 

Cancellation & Late Fees
 

We understand that life happens and want to be able to meet you where you are. To respect the time and energy invested in our offerings, the following cancellation and late fees apply:
 

  • Group Gathering cancellations are non-refundable at this time. They are transferable to another individual for the session reserved.

  • Individual Session/Reading cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50%, with the remainder refunded. Clients may reschedule their service. Rescheduling must happen prior to 24 hours notice to not be considered a cancellation.

  • Individual Session/Reading cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be not be eligible for a refund. 

  • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late to a Group Gathering or Individual Session/Reading will have their session canceled with no refund.
     

Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation and processing fee. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
 

Code of Ethics
 

  • Services offered by Pink Noise are not a substitute for medical or legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek professional consultation as needed.

  • Readings and sessions will never be conducted under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

  • Sessions will not be conducted for individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. If suspected, the session will be terminated, and a partial refund may be issued.

  • Integrity is at the core of our practice; we act in the best interest of our clients at all times.

  • Fear-based predictions or threatening language will never be used. Pink Noise rejects any communication that could cause harm or undue stress to clients.

  • Responsibility for actions taken as a result of our services rests solely with the client.

     

TERMS OF SERVICE
 

SECTION 1: ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have the consent of your guardian if under the age of majority. You agree not to use our services or products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and in the use of the service, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of services without prior notice.


SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your data (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and modified to meet technical requirements during service delivery. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without explicit written consent from Pink Noise.


SECTION 3: ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

The material provided on this site is for general information purposes and should not be solely relied upon without consulting professional advice. We are not obligated to update or modify content on the site unless legally required.


SECTION 4: MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time without notice.


SECTION 5: EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA CONSENT

Pink Noise may capture photos or videos at events for promotional purposes. Consent will always be sought before any identifiable image or video of you is taken and/or used publicly. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event organizer or representative of Pink Noise at the time of the event.


SECTION 6: PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Products and services may be limited in availability or scope. They are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy. We do not guarantee the quality of the products or services offered will meet your expectations, as outcomes are subject to personal interpretation.


SECTION 7: USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

By submitting comments, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Pink Noise a royalty-free license to use, publish, or modify your submissions. We are not responsible for user-submitted content and reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful material.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies in the information provided on our site or services. Pink Noise aims to eliminate predictions on the future events or outcome of ones life as many variables beyond our control can play a role.

You are prohibited from using our site or services for any unlawful activities, harassment, discrimination, or malicious intent, including unauthorized collection of data or spamming.


SECTION 12: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Outcomes and interpretations are not guaranteed. Pink Noise is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services.
